In April, Barbara Marx Hubbard and Arjuna Ardagh have collaborated to create a 30 day adventure called “Wings meets Roots.” It invites people to participate enthusiastically in their own process of conscious evolution.  Here is what will be offered to the participants:

Every day, for 30 days, participants will receive a mail with a link to the page for the day.  This page has a dialog between Arjuna and Barbara, which is between 7 and 15 minutes. They can listen on the site itself, or download the MP3 file to play in the car, at the gym or during the day.

Topics range from the very personal: dealing with stress, depression, menopause, financial challenge, conscious parenting, sexuality, aging and creativity to the more social, political and visionary: the shifts in the economic system, where are we headed as a race, crisis precedes an evolutionary leap.

Every day they also get a short practice to try, so that the course is not only inspirational, but very practical as well.

Participants will receive both the dialog and the practice as an audio file and also as a written transcript. Also provided are workbook sheets to fill out with the results of the practice as well as an extra gift each day, which might be video of Arjuna or Barbara, a chapter from one of their books, or other materials.

Participants will also be invited to join two live group coaching calls with Arjuna and Barbara, where they can interact live with these two inspiring teachers and also meet other participants from all over the world in small breakout groups.
